A traditional Cornish pasty contains roughly diced or minced beef (typically skirt steak), potato, swede and onion and seasoned generously with salt & pepper. By law, these ingredients must be placed raw into a flaky shortcrust pastry, which is crimped along the side and baked.

Great vlogs guys. Re: clotted cream.....if you can't get any, try Lidl's extra thick double cream, it is just as good. I made Eton mess for me and hubby and put this cream in between the layers of strawberries and meringue, bliddy gorgeous xxx

Leigh lost sleep with the heavy rain??? I love it and almost nightly tune in to rain ASMR if it’s nasty noise outside or I can’t sleep. I’m so envious. It’s obvious I didn’t watch all the video before commenting on the ‘leave us alone’ bit 🤭🤭 but I take too long to compose /hide 🫣 I’m glad to see you’re both safe. It’s something we rarely saw when we were young. A chapter of Hells Angels camped peacefully next to us for a bbq and singsong hehe. but nowadays see it often on YouTube. I wonder who these hateful people are, although I have my suspicions.
