Girl I have adhd as well. You’re not gonna like what I have to say but the moment I stopped drinking coffee and sugary drinks I promise you my focus became more clearer. I also started to drink natural green juices and eating lots of greens! Spinach arugula broccoli.. Good quality coffee is actually so rare to find most businesses have coffee grains with mold in it and that alone disrupts your brain function. Try it for a week I promise you’ll see a difference.

Have the faith that he will deliver you from those spirits of stress. It seems like you left God behind a while ago, you seem like not really yourself any more lately, praying that you go back to God again like you used to !:)💕
