I stayed at the Travelodge almost next just last week. Sacha's was across the road outside my room's window. I booked the room at Travelodge at 11pm as I felt too tired to go home after a night out. It was just £50 for an entire family room. The area is fine, it's as central as can be. I'm 67 and have been in Piccadilly about a million times in my life. I worked in the City Centre for twenty years and have never had any trouble.
Good call on the non-stunned meat, James.
Can’t do a room with no windows! Looking forward to you doing Ireland xxx
Can’t believe you were in the NQ and couldn’t find anywhere to eat without asking! FYI there were no deaths in ‘96 but many casualties
3:32 They gave you the deluxe kidney removal room.😅
Your backing onto the Northern Quarter its a decent part of town 👌
You just don't have a window
Thank you 👍 I enjoy your content.
Sorry James but I wouldn't stay in a Britannia Hotel. They are on the boycott list. Great vlog though.
That's a stealth Britannia Hotel as it doesn't prominently display the Britannia brand so you might not realize that you are dealing with Britannia PLC.
I stayed in that hotel a few years ago with a friend and we had a night out in Manchester we didn't mind the hotel it's a cracking location
Why is it that whenever you say 'I'm just going to have the one pint', I don't believe you?
Just another little pointer… you can get the tram to the airport too x
You went past my son's restaurant at 18.27, Purezza. Good to see it, I've never been!
Wouldn't worry me staying in the first room ..only one nite . Looked clean so OK for me
I always see this hotel when looking to stay in Manchester, although I haven’t stayed yet. Probably would stay for a few nights and for jumping on the train to the airport. 🙂👍
Mate I live near manchester and iv been piccalilli Gardens 1000s times never heard anything bad or seen any trouble its alright man never had a problem
The building was originally C&A. ..or Coats 'an ' 'ats, as we used to call it. Always enjoy your content James, love the Pubs and the travel. Town is a bit of a tip isn't it.
It is what it is…….enjoyed that one……nice to see the rough along with the smooth……the variety of places you visit is great. Looking forward to the next one!!
Stayed there before and the staff were LOVELY too. The other Britannia the staff are quite moody.
