11:27 I assumed this was the MoM at first, but on a rewatch that's 100% Luxu. The org members all have very distinct silhouettes so that you can tell them apart, even when they have their hoods up. This character has Xigbar's signature droopy shoulders.

Damn, I hoped the feathers came from a reappeared sephiroth
So I’m not sure why nobody else is talking about this but I noticed that the gate that sora opens for his finisher is a shape we’ve seen before. In Dark Road when Baldr summons a large heartless it is the exact same shape as that door. Also if you look at the opening scene to kh3 where young Xehanort looks at No Name on the wall, the handles of the keyblades that is the decor around it is also the exact same shape. (Not sure if it’s actually any significance though)

The new keyblade reminds me of Shooting Star in construction and Shooting star is the only keyblade outside of the kingdom key to show up in the theater cutscenes, and in that cutscene he uses both fire and ice magic

I don't think people are remembering that MoM had a conversation with Young Xehanort during his Mark of Mastery training. MoM revealed to Young Xehanort many things about the Keyblade War, but also his name. It seems like this might be how he learns about Quadratum. Somehow Young Xehanort knew about the price for over using the power of waking. I think this is how he knows.
