Thank you for continuing to share your life Judy! I’ve watched your channel way before Benji & kiddos came into the picture. When it was all about beauty tricks and tips. I wish I had 5 kids but you are handling everything like a champ! Us women have it harder when it comes to staying or getting in shape because our bodies can be stubborn sometimes. Girl don't even trip at least your working out!! And yes it is muscle!! Something I'm gonna try as well is I saw this fit doctor guys video he said don't change what u eat just the order so protein first then veg then carbs and a quick 10 min walk after. Can't wait to try it so seems easy enough
Hi Judy! First off you’re so beautiful and carried 5 beautiful kids. That said, I was in the same situation as you with my weight until I started weight watchers. It truly helped me with my nutrition and I saw results quickly while eating filling meals and even snacks! Paired with your consistent workout it could definitely work, it’s worth giving a shot! Its the all the extra carbs Pastas pizzas snacks ice cream etc… they love their carb for sure… not sure if its healthy even they usually cook everything at home

I recently seen a video of a Filipino and he was rushed to the hospital due to health complications and all he did was cut out rice and he no longer need to take the long list of medication he was prescribed.
That has to be a lie..when you're pregnant, don't they weigh you every visit? Also, it is definitely what you eat and when you eat (late at night) .. so regardless how much you're working out, you will not be fit unless you change your life style.

You got it Judy! I was struggling with mine for past 7 yrs and I was type 2 diabetic now my a1c is normal. I weigh everything I eat now but I eat more on protein. I got it girl
It’s all about the diet! Doing a calorie deficit will def see a difference when working out 💕
I'm the same way where I don't wanna diet and cut out things that I love! I still eat carbs and sweets, just less! Portion control is everything and higher protein for sure! Everyone's talking about how beneficial high protein diets are but it's true cause it's more satiating. It will keep you full for longer so you won't crave the carbs and sweets and want to snack.
Judy you are reading my mind. It’s so hard to lose weight. So much of my discipline is used serving the family and the kids and the laundry and by the time I get to my plate I don’t discipline myself for myself and I eat too many calories. May God make it easy for us mamas!

I've weighed more then my husband our entire relationship of 18 years. This year I finally ended up weighing 6lbs less then him. I was so freaking happy. This man goes oh okay, stops eating so many snacks. Loses freaking 15lbs in a month! 😒 I'm sick of him 😆
How many times do you eat in a day besides the 3 meals? I have no snacks in my house, eat 2 meals a day; breakfast & dinner. No food after 7pm. Cardio did make me a little slimmer but the eating habit made a huge & obvious difference.
Hi Judy, I noticed you have not made sopas (macaroni soup) for the littles yet and I think I came across a video of mama feeding JMK sopas when they were younger. It is my comfort food and I personally love making it too. I’m sure the kids would love it, can be an alternative for arroz caldo. 😊

I used to be so sad because I weighed only a couple pounds less than my husband who is a WHOLE FOOT taller than me, but he definitely reminded me that as a woman my curves carry a lot so F THE SCALE LOL
Judy, why don't you convert your garage into a home gym? Seems there are too many things in it that are not pleasing to the eye while you do your workouts.
