My maternal figure loved Kingdom Hearts, she had late stage cancer and during hospital visits would watch it again for comfort, she'd laugh at Donald's voice and loved Sora so much. Her burial was last night and seeing this today felt like a sign. I never cried this hard over a Kingdom Hearts trailer, I wish I got to share this with her. ETA : since a lot of people are confused on my use of maternal figure, she is not biologically my mother, she's been there since my birth and raised me into the woman I am today. She is beyond what my bio mom was to me and that's the most I'm willing to expand on that.
