I don't think calling up a kid to give him a chance when we were 4 players short is 'doing him dirty'. He was never going and should not go. He's barely played and we have established wingers like Saka and Rashford for example. He will never play. Correct decision.

We played alright tbh. Kane carried us, and Rio is perhaps a future English talent. But, hopefully he doesnt dwell on this and can return stronger for the 2030 wc 💪

Liverpool don’t know what they have neither does England this kid is fearless and has nothing to lose. These are the kind of players you need in tournaments that will go out and give everything while u have some senior players just there because of their name… or thinking of the season ahead.
