Man, loved watching Pete play growing up... I wasn't a Reds fan but he was just fun to watch.

I don’t watch, play or follow baseball in any way but that is one of the best explanations of something I’ve ever heard.

I couldn't stand the big red machine, because they humiliated my favorite teams, but I always admire Peter Edward rose sr.aka Charlie hustle. He was phenomenal ,I enjoyed watching him play on TV as a little boy.

I was fortunate to see him play live several times back in the day when the Reds were in town at Shea Stadium. We always went when the Big Red Machine were in town. That team wasn’t easy to beat either.
