Not only he only got paid 1700 per month, when he rlly needed money he asked his ex to loan him some, but the ex kept insisting they don’t earn much from the videos and doesn’t have money herself. Couple months fly by it’s her birthday, she threw this giant bd party in a mansion, with catering, servants, princess gowns, hair and makeup etc, invited all the biggest youtubers in Taiwan, and Andy still didn’t question a thing, cause he truly loves his gf and 100% trusted her. All the money went straight to the Zhang family, her sister and brother drives lamborghini or smth like that. Zhang mama who was listed as 50% share, used that money to start up businesses for her children. While they’re living the best lives, Andy’s only option of housing is renting a shitty studio apt in Taipei (the one you see in early CROWD videos). Ofc he did suspect the pay check and his ex’s spending habit doesn’t line up, he did question her during their time tgt but she fabricated lies and false proofs, Andy always believed her. Was he naive? Yes, but that is what healthy relationships are like, especially if you are tgt for more than 10 yrs. Andy isn’t a materialistic person, that’s why during the relationship he didn’t ask for more money than he needed, and after the breakup leaving all the CROWD social media, adding up to MILLIONS of followers that they built together in 10 years time, all to his ex. He wanted it to be a peaceful breakup and left everything for her cause he truly loved her and wanted the best for her. Not until one day he saw his name on the news with misleading headlines painting him in a negative manner, he hired PI found out the ex and her family (and one rlly famous celebrity) worked tgt and bribed taiwanese media tried to blackmail him, then he decided to look further into the nitty gritty of everything that happened in the past 10 years.
