I completely skipped 26, but I might actually download this when it’s available for me.
I’m very grateful to be wrong! They did this year finally have a stability release despite (tbd) including the huge number of Siri inclusions and changes. Maybe 26 has been only given enough people to keep it updating some while most were shifted to the 27 early on? Either way, I’m already on the dev beta 1 (which I’ve only ever done once before). And it has a ton of improvements; especially the keyboard display and accuracy!
The extra large widget option is a nice surprise. I’d really like a extra small widget tho like the size of 2 app icons

a lot of the new features are stuff that I do wish Apple highlighted a bit more, but I'm glad we have one

Am so happy that they will still be supporting my iPhone SE2 and SE3! (So many rumors were previously suggesting that SE2 would not be supported, but am so relieved that it turned out not to be true!)
Beta 1 has been really good. Feels more polished than iOS 26.5 on the iPhone 13 Pro. Apps launch faster and that’s with the device still indexing. We’ll see how the next few days go.

Its buttery smooth. I went from macos 18 to 27 on my mac too. I skipped 26 on my mac obviously. But i love 27
