Honestly seeing the stories, how Capello would blank players who tried to speak to him and slam doors in their faces, properly berate players for missing a 5 minute quick briefing before dinner, would refuse to have any English staff in his back room team would over train them having double sessions right after matches.

I'm sorry Ben Foster experienced this. I was working temporarily in Manchester when my father died in London. Fortunately I was able to be there to say goodbye. The head of my department was in the US on a business trip. I sent him a text from Manchester that evening & went to work for 08:00 the following day. Not once did he contact me. But he e-mailed his secretary every day. It really hurt me.
