Mario Kart 8 did get DLC early on the Wii U. It wasn't until 8 Deluxe where the DLC came years later.
Switch 2 has been my primary console since late last year. Hoping for Expedition 33! Been waiting for that one.
Konami did actually already confirm that the Switch port of Belmont’s Curse will release at a later time.

1:05:54 thing is MK8 DID have DLC in 2014 and 2015. I know the Booster Course was late but that's also because World was PLANNED for Switch 1 - so the the DLC was more of an afterthought to hold fans over/bring tour tracks to consoles. I do hope to see MKW dlc at least in the near future.
