Actually, didn't they specifically state that the Umbrella Headquarters that they caught Claire inside of was in Paris? Sorry, just a little nitpick. But on that note, I always thought it was rather funny how Umbrella would simply use an attack helicopter in the middle of Paris as if that's just something the locals would look upon with minimal interest or panic. On a separate note, the one single thing that icked me out more than anything else in the series, if not the entire genre, is that subtle incestuous smile that Alfred & Alexia gave each other at the end of the little, short film reel.
A nice little fun fact but the old lady you see at the beginning of the trailer is the same face actress (and possibly VA?) of The Hag from Village.

No joke, I got a Dreamcast just for this game back in the day. So glad to see it finally getting more love.

Don't be knocking 2000's Dreamcast games because Skies of Arcadia is my favorite RPG. OK, I played the 2003 GameCube port, Skies of Arcadia Legends, but my point still stands.
I believe they can keep Alred’s obsession with his sister, even the cross dressing part, they just can’t have Claire call him certain names. Since he is straight up crazy, not like he’s questioning anything
Code Veronica is one of my favourite RE games, it was the last of the original Zombie slayer Re's.
When I saw the trailer, I got VERY worried they were gonna alter the original game too much like they did with 3. I really liked the idea of her searching for her missing brother in different Umbrella facilities around the world. Hope they maintain that tenacity of hers though.
I am not happy they have retconned Spencer to give him a redemption arc in Requiem. He showed no such remorse when Wesker killed him in the DLC of Resident Evil 5. His last words were "I was to become a God!", lol

Nah, Code Veronica is the best game in the series after RE1R(2002). The Redfields are the best protagonists, the tyrant on a plane is beyond epic, and Alexia is just a creepy, cool villain. I’m sure I’ll enjoy the remake, but they’d better put the infamous “gun drop” from the intro somewhere in the game.
....Claire was trained by Chris in the OGs, & in the Remake, it is clearly implied she was trained in some form because she was carrying an unconcealed firearm
I just hope that RE Veronica can match the critically acclaimed 10/10 game Mixtape. You and Maulers playthrough had me in stitches.😂

You became Critical Ret'rd on this one. Code Veronica was amazing, played on Dreamcast, easily one of the best RE games.
