I wonder at what point Mikan's computer started melting. It was basically a laser rave in the final few stages. Seeing that one blue stumble and fall back down was painful.

The fact this ran so smooth despite the fact the number of particles onscreen maxed out at 65,536 (precisely 2^16) [edit: onscreen count actually peaks at 98,304 marbles, 2^16 winner marbles and 2^15 runner up marbles]; even more if you include all of the previous stages as being part of the same race. Though my man lime got snubbed.

About stage 11 or 12 they started looking less like marbles and more like colored sand and the stages became SO satisfying to watch because of it.
