Thing I like the most about Steam is how they leave me alone, they don't E mail me, DM me special offers, or fight me when I want a refund on a BS purchase. Just quietly taking my money since 2003.

I don't want to imagine what kind of hellscape gaming would be in without Steam.
We need fewer publicly traded companies in every industry. Private companies focus more on customer experience and less on squeezing the hell out of every customer.
