I always pay by PayPal so when the A.I chatbot denies the refund, I just refund it on PayPal.

The amount of times I've seen people just take the food and go. There was this one where a mom was door dashing and the person who ordered the meal got a sweet treat with their meal and the mom gave her kids the treat and when the customer confronted her she was like "He wanted it. What, you're going to deny a hungry kid a treat?" how pathetic do you have to be to use your own kid to guilt someone....

Why would someone want someone to deliver food where they can tamper with, poison, defile, all for a greedy corporation that low balls them on payment. NEVER would I ever trust food delivery. I dont even order pizza delivered.

This is why these companies need to be held more accountable for their employees actions. To touch and eat other people’s food is absolutely disgusting!! Don’t do to others what you wouldn’t like done back.
