Years ago, I was a mechanic. An old widowed lady comes in with a Cadillac Eldorado with a noise in the trunk. I noticed a set of golf clubs in it. Asked her if she played and she sad no, they belonged to her late husband. Took me 3 days to find out a golf ball had found it's way between the interior body panels and was rolling back and forth between them. It drove me nuts! I can only imagine what it was like for her! I had to ride in the trunk while a co-worker drove me around the block to find out what it was. She said she'd taken the car to 4 different shops and was thrilled I had finally solved the issue. She left the car to me in her will! That was 47 years ago. I still have the car.😊

Customer states there is a buzzing in the dash. He liked to fish alot. Tech hears buzzing from around A/C evaporator area and suspects something in fan blower motor wheel. Removes blower motor and a pissed off Rattlesnake comes out. Customer said "I do leave my doors open when fishing by the river"😂

the forester power rear gate slamming is due to leaving it open way to long and the computer uses amperage to measure its up force and time, at some point itll get over compensated and just drop. theres a reflash and new struts for the hatch to correct it.
