I love your videos. I think it was 2018 when I started following you β€. Iβve lost 74 pounds since 2024 and gained some water weight from my recent open heart surgery but have kept it off . My eye is finally healed from shingles. It took 14 long weeks, and week 12 was worse than week 1. Now I've got to work on my gut after 3 rounds of antibiotics. Always enjoy your videos! Keep em comming!
