Bruh, the wood is now extra flammable, the Battery jump can actually fry your system because it's 12 Volt, the gas pump will never do that, it'll say out of order or simply shut down, the winshield cleaner is actually thicker than normal fluid, because of dust, dirt, bugs etc) and is liable to screw your pump. Im not gonna go further. Folks this guy will have you 100% in the badlands stranded, don't listen to him!

The washer fluid probably has bugs and dirty in it. It will clog your lines or pump

The wood would stink

In Africa they have been doing this for as long as I can remember. They sell wood that's dipped in used motor oil to prevent rotting and bugs like termites chewing through them

The gas pump one doesn’t work because most handles have a pressure check valve in them to stop gas from coming out and most gas tanks are buried under ground so it would never gravity feed either

Actually it’s a well known fact in Puerto Rico! My dad built my great aunt’s home out of wood and he stained every single piece of wood that she bought, the house lasted 36 years without never needing to replace any wood from the frame or anywhere else, it wasn’t until hurricane Irma that caused damage that she had to replace a few planks and beams she lived in a mountain area and didn’t treat the wood with old oil it the new wood ended up getting termites and only the new wood got termites! So yes it is very much possible to stain it and it actually helps preserve the wood better than anything else out there

I have a heavy duty car hauler trailer with a wood deck that is over 40 years old with the original wood deck, it had always sat outside, the wood deck is heavily oiled twice per year at is still in excellent shape, no special oil is used, just use motor, transmission, hydraulic oil, what ever is available

That gas station washer fluid almost always stinks to high Heaven lol

You can also use hydraulic oil to and it gives it a really nice cherry red look as well.

Did you know, If you add some Diesel to the motor oil and paint it on the wood, it protects the wood from Termites.

So, you just made a flammable deck that you’re gonna cook on… lol

I wouldnt use washer fluid from any gas stations around here. They are either empty or full of dead bugs

And sometimes it has its own glitter mixed in.

I can smell that washer fluid from here
