def get the implant :) i'm a dentist - eventually that upper tooth will supraerupt and losing a molar causes an imbalance of the forces and will cause more issues in the future -- women are already more prone to molars cracking, so distributing the forces will help with that. i know everyone always wants their front teeth to be what is worked on but if you lose back teeth -- you are no longer protecting your anteriors and more force is placed on them leading to wear, cracking, etc

We visited Japan in June and it was very humid. It rained a lot and, then it was very hot. I recommend mainly breathable clothing, and a sun umbrella that can be for both the rain and sun.

Itβs going to be HOT, so be prepared for the humidity to wreak a little havoc on your hair! π Also, Japan is dealing with a lot of overtourism right now, so please take a little time to learn about local customs and etiquette to make it easier for everyone π€β¨
I would advise against flip flops in Japan. You will be doing a ton of walking and itβs also typhoon season which can be unpredictable. Just donβt want you to slip and hurt yourself or lose a shoe.
