No environment is as dangerous as the African savannah. Every animal there can literally unalive you. As a Ugandan that visits the parks I've seen all sorts of horrific scars from the people lucky and unlucky enough to survive their respective attacks

I've heard it's so humid and since the trees basically cover the sun your skin would weaken and sag from all the sweat you'd produce making you malnourished and more like prey

"you can survive in the amazon" has a pretty big underlying point. that point is that you actually know what tf is in the amazon and know what to touch and not to touch. any normal person without that knowledge would be dead within a few days.
