True to form, he mixed up the procedure and gave her breast implants instead. Marge woke up to find her belly unchanged but her chest two sizes bigger. As if that wasn't ridiculous enough, her extracted fat was later stolen by Bart's boy band, Party Posse, and used as "fake fireworks" shot into the crowd at their concert.
