The summer season of new games has officially kicked off and Geoff Keighley's big summer showcase is here to ring it in. Summer Games Fest came with a slew of brand new, announced games, as well as a ton of new looks at some upcoming games. Within Keighley's showcase we saw games like Crossfire, 1666 Amsterdam, Guild Wars 3, a surprise announcements with Final Fantasy 7 Revelation and The Wolf Among Us Part 2. I'm glad it's Code Veronica getting the remake instead of 0, 1, or 5. CV is one of the best in terms of story and setting, although it was poorly balanced and a little unfair for a blind playthrough. A remake definitely has the potential to be the best in the franchise.
