"superhuman athlete" and looks at LEAST 20 years younger than he is, I can confirm that being athletic helps you in old age. When I first got my dog, we were running 5 miles a day every day. We did that for close to 4 years when I got in a car accident and couldn't run for a few years. My dog is now 16 years old and in excellent health, he's absolutely showing his age and gets tired really quickly but any new vet or vet tech thinks he's 9-10, not 15-16
