Dinos walk around randomly but they'll (almost) never leave render distance on their own. So if you see a Theri randomly walking around, there's a very good chance it'll slowly but surely walk closer towards you.
This mod makes me feel like the dev has only ever watched highly edited ark videos

Bro you gotta do a playthrough with the NPC mod. Could be a full series, 1000 days all maps while fighting off NPC raids and keeping an eye out any time you leave base!
The way to beat the boss is to have a bunch of rejuvenation dragons constantly healing everything. With that you have pretty much infinite sustain so the boss dying becomes a when, not an if. I am pretty sure the reason so many things require the rejuv dragon shit is to incentivize the player to tame and raise up a bunch of them, so that the player has enough of them to keep things perma healed when they are ready to take on bosses.
