It was hard growing up in the 70's, 80's and 90's while trying not to be racist. Why? Because blacks were always being racist towards me, and I never did anything to them. It's like they WANTED me to be racist towards them, but I caught their trick and refrained from being what they wanted me to be - social destruction and conflict.

I agree, every job should be based on merit, experience, and education depending the type field of the job. It shouldn’t just be handed to someone. The best way to stop racism is to stop talking about it and incorporating it with everything not just the job field. We are all Americans; we shouldn’t see race or skin tone.
