My son is a black exec.Chef, he has worked at some of the top tier restaurants and hotels because of his talent not his race, why because he dont play that card

When I was a senior in high school, I got top grades and worked hard for them, but was told I had no chance for scholarship because I am a white female. I am now 42. DEI was affirmative action back then. It all needs to stop.

This is so true when I was working as the only white at my job, a black person used to say every day you white people you white people and I’ve never once said anything about the color of his skin for seven years. I just said the reason I don’t like you is because you’re lazy not because you’re black
