Strange that even Blacks ignored her. This actually tells something which is beyond racism.

I am black and something like this happened to me in the 80s. I remember a white lady and her young son did help me. Kindness can be found everywhere.

A couple of points here. 1. This appears to be in Latin America, blond hair stands out a lot more than brown hair so it draws more attention, and seeing a small blond child that looks like a foreigner makes you instantly think she might be lost. 2. Not a single person of color stopped for either girl. It is actually quite common for young kids to be alone on the streets in many countries and this girl probably looked local so didn’t alarm anybody. Context is super important, don’t jump to conclusions without knowing any of the details. Not saying racism doesn’t exist because of cause it does, just saying you tend to find what you are setting out to see, whether it’s there or not.

What we have: -The black girl looks older. Her height is much higher. She is practically sitting on the fence. She has a confident posture. -Black persons don't approach either girl.

Not a single black person helped either child, that’s the real racism. Epic fail.

The black kid looked like she was waiting. The white kid looked lost. Bigggg difference.

Put 5 Black kids at a McDonalds and the cops tell them they have to move along. Put 5 white kids and not one cop stopped. That was actually a test someone had done.

This doesn’t explain racism if black people are also ignoring the black girl.

Blacks didn’t help black child Whites came to help white child. You’re not talking racism, you’re talking culture

someone (I forget who) accurately said racism can often be as benign as a lack of empathy, this clip definitely embodies that there are even studies done in healthcare that suggest the same

That made my heart hurt. People of colour also ignored her.

The fact that no black person tried helping either child really gives the title a whole new meaning lol

A man would be seen as a creep if he tried helping either.

This should never happen to any child.
