Prison Dad Wins Custody😕

Judge doesn't have her best interests in heart this outcome is devastating for the young girl. The family court system is broken 💔

That's disgusting. That poor kid is being ripped away from there family and put with strangers. How can he win custody from jail! Poor girl. Thank goodness her mum is there to help. Why would anyone do this???? My heartbreaks for her.

He’s not in jail. The heading is wrong. He’s actually there with the police and the court documents and she went ballistic. She actually assaulted him while the police were there and was arrested. Watch the full story.

I watched this video, her apartment with the new boyfriend was raided and the daughter was found in a room with (d)rugs and a loaded gun. CPS and the officers got in contact with dad who was serving time at the time of the raid. They told him that he had been granted emergency full custody and they had been looking for her to place the child in his care. She kept bouncing around until they caught up to her at her aunts house. She was alienating the child from her dad and dad was desperately fighting to see her.

She must have done something pretty bad for the court to take custody away from her.

No I do not feel bad. I need to know both sides of the story before I start saying poor lady. Cause what did she do for him to win custody? She can’t be that innocent. Let’s not play victim.

I’ve watched the original, she is not innocent and the father is only a stranger because of her alienation.

No child should be separated from their parent if they don’t want to. If should be the child’s decision

Bless that cop for trying his best to protect that momma in such a horrible situation. He has to do his job be he was doing his damndest to keep that momma from making an awful situation an impossible one for her to win. 😢

The mom must be doing something if the court is willing to pull the girl out if her house she knows

Judges almost never take the child from the Mom unless something serious was going on. Need more info to determine if this is fair.

Why when the dad was in prison just why let the mom keep the daughter

It's dad's child too.. we don't know the whole story she might be a really unfit mother..
