Cool vid ! anyways here's a cookie recipe Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.Mix the Sugars and fat In a large bowl, whisk together the 3/4 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup white sugar until no brown sugar lumps remain. Whisk in the large egg, the extra egg yolk, and the 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Sift or whisk together the 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Gradually pour these into the wet ingredients, stirring with a spatula until just combined. Do not over mix Gently stir in the 1 1/4 cups of chocolate chips by hand. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This prevents the cookies from spreading too thin in the oven. Roll the dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them 2 inches apart on the sheets. Bake for 10–12 minutes. The centers will look very soft and slightly underdone, but the edges should be lightly browned. Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes to firm up before transferring them to a cooling rack.
