People on the beach thought this man was wasting his time because he kept pulling on something buried so deep in the sand that it looked more like a rock than a living creature, but he refused to give up and after a long struggle the truth finally appeared because hidden beneath the mud was a massive sea turtle that seemed to have been trapped there for a very long time, and even after it was freed the exhausted animal could barely move, so instead of walking away after the rescue the man stayed behind and quietly watched over it as it slowly made its way back toward the ocean until it finally reached the water and disappeared into the sea.
