Tyson, great job on demonstrating Quality Assurance. Torque bolt then mark bolt just torqued is QA. Torquing all bolts then marking them all is the appearance of QA. This is a minor step easily missed and tremendously misunderstood...
Digging the new glasses bud, that noisy lifter is scary. That AFM needs deleted, it's the only way to safely run these ecotec V8's after warranty is up. Either through a Range before a lifter gets stuck or complete upper end rebuild with TSP cam after one gets stuck.

The amount of work that goes into that one head alone is worth every penny! When you're lucky to find a good machine shop with high level equipment and qualified technicians you should close your eyes and run that credit card....

The engine shop (for the heads) is amazing to watch. The Assembler has all his tips and tricks for a perfect running engine. Tyson is the second part of that perfect assembly procedure with his tips and tricks. I hope the customer aware of this video and completely happy with his vehicle.
Not only is Tyson an excellent mechanic but is also a great body man. When these guys have to pull a motor, you have to pull the bumper, grille, sometimes fenders, and all the molding stuff. Well, after the motor is in, you have to make sure all the pieces line up. Looks like Tyson did a better job than the factory. Way to go Tyson!!
