For fm players: use inverted wing back for canselo, and use inverted full back for zinchenko. Wings are full wing.

This is not 325. One of the first modern formations (after the current offside rules) was called WM, which is a 343 formation. It's goal is to give superiority in the middle of the pitch and allow for the 2 midfilders to reinforce the attack or the defense at any point.

Pep just perfect this tactic into 3-2-4-1. No more false nine and false cdm. There are a real no.9 and Hybrid CDM. And John are the one who match to the Hybrid CDM.
