As a wolves fan, think we've identified our new manager
The visualizations are incredibly helpful! Props to the editor!
18:02 Ichsan is such a troll man. "If you concede 3 but score 4, you still win the game" is a meme in Indonesia from a local pundit here. Love that he somehow managed to squeeze that answer in.
KING INDO 🇮🇩
I put Barnsley, from league 1, into the Premier league. Didn't make any transfers or anything so it was still a league 1 side. They finished 18th, by a point. While using this tactic. I think that shows how insane it is
18:00 those are actually the words of football pundit in Indonesia, Justinus Lhaksana 🤣
About "one year playing experience" is true, he talked about it in of podcast, ikhsan start plaing FM last year just because it came as a bonus from his apple arcade subscription, start from FM touch and work his way to FM PC. The one that has much experience is Danar (the assistant) who played it since CM era
I'm Indonesian and I watch his stream explaining his tactics with videos while in final match... And I surprised how deep he thinking about his strategies. (bpd with dribble more, fb stay wide cut inside, etc). In the world cup I also confident that Indonesian will win the cup because in the term of FM Draft, here (Indonesia FM Draft League) is more-more harder than the world tournament)
17:45 Actually the one who has played for 20 years is his assistant. Ichsan is legit just started playing for a year. And Ichsan beat his assistant in the national championship.
The tactic is just the highest rated 4231 on fm-arena, no? It used to be the highest rated overall until someone discovered the 4-2-2-2
"We're good at set pieces, so why not?" is a life saving change in perspective.
I'm fully invested in this video. This one tactic helped me completely destroy the French Ligue with AS Monaco. I know this because I created a tactic that was supposed to fit my Monaco team and they struggled to win games, but BOOM, this tactic that doesn't fit the Monaco team somehow wins every game with the Monaco team. It's insane.🤣
Zealand, balls.
I got back into FM after a many year break about a month ago. Watched a whole bunch of your videos, but this is the first one that I have hit the thumbs up on. The understanding of how he wants the whole team to act and making sure that every part of the team is working towards that goal engine was brilliant. I will be going through my 4-2-4/4-3-3 asymmetric tactic with a fine toothed comb to see what I can do to fine tune it based on this knowledge.
“Knowledge” - aka i ain’t giving any secrets away i wanna win next year too 😂 👏
Actually i think i remember something about opposition instructions either lichsan or the assistant said it directly from an interview, they change it frequently and adjust to the opponent flow. It make a huge difference when the match start. that's why ichsan said in the last part KNOWLEDGE is the key.
❤❤❤ from Indonesia
It's actually amazing to see what might be considered a standard 4-2-3-1 gegenpress elevated to the next level using the player instructions.
This guy personifies the "Simple is best" method really. No overthinking at all.
18:01 Anyink dijawab pake quote si Jastok botak XD
