The 424 he ends up using late on is also what I sort of ended up with on my birmingham city save. With slightly shorter passing and wide width as the only real differences. Its pretty good, especially if you have a target man.

I love the way ikson (hope I said his name right) he thinks. Football IRL is risk v reward, if the reward is greater make the sacrifice. It's how I love to play the game. If the condition is right, it'll work, if not meh High determination gives grit on the pitch. It's what pushes a player to give that last 1% even when things are going good. Leadership is another that no one talks about but it's useful when you're in a title race and nerves are high, the trait starts showing itself on the pitch. Hostile crowd would be the hidden attribute pressure. For me, I prioritise teamwork and work rate. Teamwork because It enhanced how a player interprets your tactical instruction while also balancing how they fill in for their teammates within the confines of the tactical instruction. At least it's what the game says.

Fair play this tactic is incredible! I don’t normally look up tactics then copy and paste but was struggling hard on my save, changing roles and formation game to game. This has saved me emotionally and mentally 😂

Started having a moment at 8:00 - A lot of these tactics are starting to reflect how we played in 2020? when Gerrard was manager (Rangers FC) We had a single and a double DM / pivot system in a 4-2-3-1 system with wingers coming inside and what we liked to call the bombing fullbacks in Barasic and Tav, I think it was 2020 but it quite could of been one of the other years around this but the year we done it we were incredible at pulling a lot of teams open and creating chances. We were holding on average 60% possession and creating like 20-30 shots a game with one of them being in the 40s if I remember right. We only had it for a single year if I remember right as it was part of a trial and error approach where we tried multiple different systems over a couple of years and when we went to GVB and subsequent managers that started doing horseshoe systems, a good bit of fans asked for the 4-2-3-1 / 4-3-3 bombing fullbacks system to return because every game just felt turgid and horrible to watch but it never did

First question was fun because that's basically how real life coaches play their DMs. In fact, his entire tactic is pretty common for irl football, so I'm also a bit surprise to why this is impressive.

His BPD on dribble more, his DM as playing their natural game as destroyer and creator, and tackle harder is also my first thing to do on day one if I am creating tactics. If he were not the winner of the world, everybody would say his tactics were crap because of too many contradactory mixups.

This strat is legit insane. I started as an employed Sunday League coach on Gunma which is in the second division of Japan wanting to attempt relegation. Ended up winning the J2 in my first season and then the J1 in my first season after climbing. I had Wycombe reach 5th in my second Premier League season after getting the promotion while spending 1.5m in salaries (second worst btw). Won 3/4 CL with Panathinaikos. Legit best strat ever, because it breaks the game engine.
