Pihos is the clear choice as number 1. He helped create this position and posed as one of the chief receiving weapons of his era. He is one of the reasons (behind only Steve Van Buren... the Walter Payton of his era) the Eagles dominated the NFL in the late 40s and early 50s. I once met Chad Lewis. Very decent chap. He pointed out he was known as 'the Cowboy killer'.

Celek was so underrated. Dude could block his butt off and, much like Bavaro was a load to tackle. Definitely on my top 5 favorite Eagles list.
