I must admit I for one are one of the ones that are underwhelmed by Éderson. But I'll freely admit there's a lot of Premier league bias in there since I do not watch Serie A - so I'm very much open to being proved wrong. I think Serie A is tarnished in Utd fan eyes because of recent transfers in like Højland and Zirkzee both being underwhelming. But also when we see limited players like McTominay, Lukaku, Smalling, an Aging Young all go there and tear it up... Saying that I would love Tonali and whenever I've seen Nicolò Barella play I've been nothing but impressed!

I suspect that if we're buying Ederson, he'll be box to box with Kobbie playing closer to the defenders. Having said that, I do wonder why we're seemingly not looking at Stiller for £40m. He's going to be a world star.

He will easily train him to get better at it, if he can make that waste of space mainoo get half decent at shutting down lanes he can turn Ederson who's actually physically a professional enough for the midfield in the prem Would be insane not to take him, have him work with the Fletcher twins and Dalot to raise all of their levels
