Both LBs are weak for a world cup winning side. On the RB, Wesley is good (not great), Ibañez is mediocre. Alisson and Ederson's form is questionable. The midfield lacks pace and depth on the bench. Cunha and Paqueta are not good enough to provide the creativity needed to win a world cup. Casemiro and Guimaraes are good but the rest is pretty bad for this level (how is Fabinho in the squad but not Andrey Santos or Ederson?). Compare this midfield to e.g. Spain, Portugal or even the Netherlands. Neymar will bring negative energy to the squad if he doesn't start and disrupts the system if he starts, as you said. Both are big problems. Vinicius and Raphinha are great for their clubs but underachieve for the national team. There are some good players in the attack but too many of them are too similar,Joao Pedro and Estevao would have brought something different to the table. Brazil will advance from the group but not as group winners, Morocco will win the group. Ancelotti is a brilliant coach but he hasn't had enough time. Brazil makes it to the quarterfinals at best, unfortunately.

The lineup you suggested isn't going to happen. Vini and Rafinha will play further forward. Matheus Cunha will play on the left whit Vini, and the right side is still undecided; Paquetá could take that position. Danilo Santos could also earn a spot as a defensive midfielder. On the right back, Wesley is flying high, spectacular both defensively and offensively. The weak spot is the left back, but if things get tough, Leo Pereira is a tall, left-footed center back with good passing, long balls, shooting ability, and excellent heading skills to fill the position.
