He is quite an exciting manager to watch.I would definitely follow the club he manages next because his football is more fluid and direct and don't rely on sitting back and defend no matter what quality of players are.And same could be said about current manager of rayo inigo perez his team is also the copy of iraola's tactics as he was his assistant manager before joining Bournemouth

I dont think many appreciate how hard it it to coach such a system. One relying on team cohesion. I'm saying this as a youth coach who is trying to get players on board with my ideas.
