Finally someone talking sense.Arsenal played to their strengths and at the end it was a 1-1 against the best attack in Europe. Bad luck they lost ,had they opened up they would have lost 3-1

What did PSG do with 80% possession? A penalty goal and 20% goal an open play goal and everybody is on Arsenal, that goal wasn't luck.

I mean the tactics were working even if it wasn’t great to watch. PSG looked frustrated through out the game wasn’t looking like getting a goal until sloppy defending from Mosquera got them the penalty. The argument though obviously is them not pushing for more instead of sitting on the lead but it was expected and it almost worked

ESPN FC have shown time and time again to not like Arteta . I don’t even know why they take every opportunity to criticize him. Not just this clip

I am one of Arsenal fans’ hater. But come on, it is delusional to go toe to toe with PSG in the final. Arteta put Arsenal in the best possible way to win the trophy. The plan and execution was nearly perfect. If you told any team the match would come down to PK, they would gladly take it 100%

Arsenal priority this season was EPL trophy and UCL champions league tropphy by hook or crook. EPL trophy secured after 22 years🎉. Arsenal could have attacked more PSG & won it. They came close. Next season, Arsenal will come much stronger, win the EPL and other trophies *CONVINCINGLY!!!*

The tactics worked. PSG never scored from open play. Arteta's one mistake was not subbing Timber for Mosquera right after his yellow card, before 60 minutes had been played. He panicked after the penalty with his substitutions. Not only that, Arsenal did not have a shot on target after the goal, but neither did PSG. In fact, Arsenal had the most and better chances to score over the whole game. Havertz almost scored again. Trossard almost scored again. Slow concrete-feet Gyokeres had a chance for a one-on-one with the keeper but got to the ball too late.

Vincent Kompany said it best: "you either go full on attack or full on defend against PSG. You can't go halfway". I heard Craig mention a "hybrid". There's no such thing as a hybrid against this PSG team. They force you to play their game, or you force your game on them.

You don't play the way your opponent wants or to your opponent's strengths. Bayern Munich did both against PSG. How did that work out for Bayern? Losing to PSG on penalties after 120 minutes is no disgrace.

ESPN has the worst and most biased panel in football punditry. None of those guys played any elite football. Get a proper panel gor goodness sake!
