2026 Zeekr X Review | SO Much Cheaper!

Let me guess. As it isn't a Telsa, everything positive about this will be tempered with a "but we'd like to see...." or "we'd prefer if they....".

Given the advancement of battery tech, 405 k's is not sufficient for a new battery upgrade starting at around $50,000.00, given the information coming through for 2027 in ev's.

61kWh and only 405km WLTP! It is worse efficiency than 2022 BYD atto 3 and it doesn't stack up vs even their sister brand. Geely EX5 has now 68kWh pack for 450-475km WLTP and it is cheaper. Also, electric door opening mechanism is a big no for many for safety concerns. And needs more physical buttons in the interior.

The black colour should come in the RWD version too!!

LOVE the 7x, 8x and 001 but have to say, the X looks completely out of place in their line-up.

They need to have adjustable regen levels because having it on gives me motion sickness. When I test drove it I asked the salesman what the paddles shifters (I thought they were regen settings) were for and he didn’t know 🤷‍♂️

with the quality and price, this car destroys the Kia EV3. EV3 doesn't come with 360 camera at all and the heated seat only comes from Earth trim LOL....

More expensive than the new Xpeng G6 when equivalent extras are added like memory seats and upgraded stereo. Xpeng exterior paint choice is included as is the interior light colours at least in NZ. If Xpeng had a smaller model like the Zeekr then it would be even better value! Oh and big difference in battery size 66kwh vs 81kwh

Chinese manufacturers need to learn for export markets the tailgates need to go higher, I have found this to be a common problem while shopping for a new EV, average westerner is physically taller than average Chinese, so things like hitting your head on tailgates is a common issue. It looks very nice inside and outside, another thing that these manufacturers could learn is to have local tuning of suspension as this can make or break a vehicle, road quality and handling preferences are different around the world, the Chinese seem to like soft floaty rides at the sacrifice of precision, soft floaty ride normally means lack of turning performance .

They’re Chinese unknown vehicles, plenty of second hand cars available for transport in Australia with known reliability

Pitiful range

I like the zeekr X but it have been much to expensive compared to other EVs. The long range is still more expensive than the cheapest 7gt that have better range, charging and a bigger car.

The Zeekr X and Atto3 are not in the same price range at all.

Just saw the black AWD version in a showroom here in Hong Kong with orange leather interior and 19 inch wheels - very impressive. No price yet though.... And oddly no door handles.

About Aud 45k on road, including insurance and wallbox, for the awd in Thailand.

given the ex30 is smaller but shares similar width and platform (I assume) and has LFP battery, does it have the same ride issues as the zeekr x? As there are not many nicely trimmed EVs here with 400Km plus range on LFP batteries (as far as I know).

Zeekr should have kept the 2 2wd versions imo this one only 2wd version doesn't cut it.
