Better fuel economy, same size usable screen with physical buttons, and all of the offroad goodies as the Overtrail+ for far less money (a standard GX doesn't have the offroad stuff). Plus, the 2.4L hybrid powertrain that only has 23 less HP than the GX's 3.4L has been used globally since 2021 and not had a single recall anywhere in the world. In short, if you can afford a Land Cruiser, you can afford and will cross shop against the GX. If you see someone with a square headlight LC, just ask them why they didn't buy the GX and they will be happy to tell you.
