You tube saved me …I have 3 boys and was about to order the Model Y. I just decided to watch you tube videos, then I came across Model YL 6 seater. I changed my mind instantly. When I inquired from Tesla representative, I was told they don’t know when it will be ready. Then 3 weeks later, I got the email from Tesla that I can place an order. Can’t wait

Wasnt going to change our HRV for another 2yrs until Model YL 😂 we got 4adults and 1 toddler at home and trust me, as a permamrnt middle seat passenger, I was so relieved to see this layout! We dont always travel together but the ability to have the 3rd row to have the comfort is so reassuring.

We have 3 child car seats in the back of our Y, OR sometimes in our 2014 ICE SUV, and it’s one heck of a squeeze for the child seats. Yes, it’s doable, but it’s a horrible squeeze. If we were replacing our Juniper Y, (which we absolutely LOVE ❤️), the YL would be a no brainer. I think it’s bloody fabulous. Terrific effort by Tesla.
Tesla needs to make a straight up minivan 7 seater.
