I have a commercial driver’s license and have driven everything from motorcycles to 18 wheelers, this is my favorite vehicle I’ve owned. I got the premium all wheel drive in June 2025 and absolutely love this truck.
This is actually one of the best cyber truck videos I’ve seen. One quick note, the ambient lighting is still included in the cheap version verified on the Tesla website.
Best/most complete review I've seen.
Glad you made a cybertruck video!
No one points out the huge advantage of the Cybertruck windshield. The steep angle of the windshield allows me to drive all day and night without bug splatter on the glass.
I ordered the 59K CT. Then went in for a demo drive. Wife absolutely wanted the premium version. After 2 days of deciding we’ve upgraded to the premium version. Still waiting.
Have had mine for over a year and love it. I have no regrets. Your review is dead on!
Most owners of the CT seem to love their truck. That’s the fact. I drove a CT twice and I really liked it.
Have over 50k miles on mine. Super good. Best vehicle I have ever owned. A SUV version with 6 doors would be chefs kiss.
the premium sound system is amazing. i'm picky audiophile about distortion, base bloat, acurrate highs etc.. and the sound system inside the truck beats senheisser open ear headphones. a car with all that reflective material beating headphones is an incredible feat. its like home theater grade.
This was a very fair and excellent review! Thank you, Ryan!
As an owner of CT BEAST Tri-motor, Ive had the same issue where they cleaned my front camera and broke the hinge of the top panel and I had to have it changed by Tesla and they almost wanted to charge me $269 for the repair but I told them that it was fine before they tried to clean the front rear camera which is a free service once every 6 months you do normally if needed, and the guy broke at service broke the hinge and it took them 5 hours to finally honor it and fix it at no charge under warranty since I have warranty til 2028 plus will be getting $5k Extended after, just incase :). My Model is Sept 2024. BEAST $137k w. CA Tax. As far as the horn, its not Train sound, its FIRE DEPT and you can change that horn to a regular horn or other cool sounds or even your own uploaded horn from TOYBOX haha. I love this sound and it scares everyone on road and they just pull over assuming its Fire or Ambulance haha..that has been my personal experience with no intent to impersonate FD or Ambulance haha. Great Video. thanks brother.. I advise making a service appt and asking Tesla to fix it at no charge and tell them after your front camera cleaning last time it was broken and show them pic and tell them you took a pic right after and they will honor it. Best way to get it free since Service is famous for breaking that part and I was told its from wear and tear when they cleaned the front camera numerous time. :). I think you're better off getting a used premium AWD foundation model then getting the new version with lower price since you'll get free FSD, leather seats, lightbar in the back, full 15 speakers and lifetime premium connectivity, the only thing you'll lose is the year being older so you'll have 2 years less of warranty TSLA factory but then you can get 5k Extended Warranty few months before 2028 and its still a better deal, thats my personal logical opinion and what I would do. I owned both AWD and Now Currently Own BEAST Foundation and keeping it for 10 years minimum, best safest car on the road, armored glass and bullet proof and comfortable and FERRARI speed 2.6 second 0-60 that makes Porsches shake with fear haha. Love Porsches ofc no harm or foul just saying as far as any exotic car is concerned and FSD is just amazing with full parking in a random parking lot with white lines, it finds open spot and parks for you with ease perfectly.
One of the most underestimated features if you go off road is the air suspension - it's the best I have ever ridden on and I frequently adjust depending on the surface. I don't need it, but I have grown quite accustomed to changing the settings.
Thanks for doing this video. I was just in south Florida and saw Cybertrucks everywhere. It was cool to see all the different color wraps, some good and some bad. Despite the negative press this vehicle gets its still a good ride.
Had my 2024 CT AWD FS about the same amount of time and agree with pretty much everything you said. Regarding the lower trim AWD, for everything you lose for 10k it doesn't make sense to me, but get into 15-20k I would definitely consider it. Looking forward to the CT SUV!!
I rent these on Turo whenever I visit Arizona (4 times now). Love it! I;m not a truck guy buy it works great for vacation, luggage, kids, etc. Fun times
I live in the UK but holiday in the US with friends in California. I borrowed a pals CT and fell for it. Looks are polarising but the dynamics are beyond reproach, nothing this big should be that easy or fast to drive. I wish I could bring it back home with me.
They needed storage in the center fold down. Also wish the under seat storage accessory was better. I also get shocked hahaha. I love the truck for Construction work. I throw a Ranch Road cargo box in the back and it works great for organizing stuff. I love the 3W mats for the truck they are worlds better than the stock ones.
Ambient lighting is not removed on the base truck, even the RWD version of Cybertruck had it.
Great thorough review! Keep up the quality videos bro
