I have a 26 plug in and I have been averaging 110-114mpge with mostly highway driving to work. I fill up once a month and usually get 900-1000 to a tank. My electric bill has raised $10 a month with charging every night from 20% to 100%. It is hilariously quick for the Prius name too. The only caveat is the 12v battery that likes to die and the paint is paper thin. I have so many rock chips in 10k miles that it will need the front repainted eventually. I also had my windshield get chipped and it was $1800 5k miles in.

I had family that was working/consulting with Ford back when the C-MAX was a thing and internally they literally thought no one would buy it unless they made it as weird and ugly as possible, thats how badly detached execs are. They saw how weird the older Priuses looked, not just in general but to them as Japanese Manufacturer loathing Americans, and instead of thinking "we can do that but cool" they thought "we need to make it look even worse, that's what the people love!!!" Now almost no company is safe and most the world's a mess but at least a small handful of execs at a legitimate auto manufacturer remembered people just want to buy cool or nice looking things.
