It would be nice to have an 8' bed option. Plywood, and drywall, and panels haven't changed sizes. Pickup truck manufacturers biggest mistake is dropping the 8' bed option for 1/2 ton pickup.
My daily is a 2003 F150, 4.2, 5 speed, manual locks/windows, rubber floor mat. I’ll never get rid of it.
So it's an eco boost hybrid. The minute you mentioned that its a twin turbo, I said, he!! no.
I have my 23 powerboost 4x4 XLT I bought new in 23. So far, I still love it. It's quiet, comfortable, tows my camper with ease. And can dust a lot of trucks, and many cars. They look shocked, and sometimes passed off. I paid 2k for an extended warranty of 7 years. I saw someone on a youtube review or something like that who bought a used powerboost with around 290,000 miles, and he was still driving it at 312k and runningfine. I change my oil every 4,000 miles (because there is a lot of just electric driving as well). I even pumped out trany fluid from the pan at around 20k and refilled that. 6 quarts I think it was. I want mine to last. No issues yet.

Ive had a Powerboost since 2022. My truck sees more time offroad than most Raptors and has held up great over 73k miles so far
I made the decision to buy this truck. I got the 7.2kw option ~$850. I'am in FL and also use the truck as a whole home back-up generator as apart of my hurricane readiness plan. Managing the house electrical load the truck can run the house for almost a week. For me to install a 10kw generator with an under ground propane tank would have cost me ~$12k.
I’ve had a Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring for almost 6 years. It has the same motor between the engine and transmission. It has 593 combined hp. Never had a problem with it. It’s 5000 lbs and gets about 35 mpg at 70mph. To work and back, 15 miles each way, gets about 85mpg when fully charged. It’s crazy.
Never buy anything with turbos, GDI, or cylinder deactivation.
The F150 Powerboost was introduced in 2021.
