YESSSS OMGGG, this is so true. Yesterday me and my friend were joking and she said “cause your parents don’t love you”. And I was like “exactly”. We literally laughed the entire day LMFAO. She said she loved how I just go along with everything 😭

OK, I’m gonna use this for my husband. Sometimes when we have communication issue and he messes something up and he knows he messes it up, but then I’m like trying to communicate with him in a clear manner. It just doesn’t always work so I’ve decided that I’m gonna start laughing and he is gonna now be my improv audience.

I want to make jokes that make people laugh a little late, then laugh when they find the funny place. So what I mean is, jokes that make people think before laughing. For example: Yesterday, the power went out at my place... I wanted to light a candle but didn't have a lighter... So I asked the candle, "Hey! Candle, you got a lighter?" But the candle didn't answer... Then I thought, like, when has a candle ever talked?So yeah, that was an example of a joke that isn't funny, and my jokes ain't that easy, bro!Whoa! I just got an idea! "Ding!!!...💡"...... It lit up above my head.....😅 (The meaning is the light bulb above the head, the symbol of a brilliant idea!) Incidentally, I wanted to make jokes because I wanted to perform comedy in front of lots of people at school, because the teacher forced me to celebrate my school birthday. But I'm confused and I'm a little afraid to appear in front of lots of people, I'm afraid that when I make a joke it won't be funny.😞
Something i have learnt is *never learn to take a joke* if you want to be respected if someone says "haha you're so stupid" don't be like "haha I know" like you think you're stupid say "why did you call me stupid explain" cuz if you take that joke and laugh slowly those jokes won't be jokes anymore now they saying to you "you are so stupid" at first people will be like "learn to take a jokes" but after sometime they will start respecting you Just an advice i might be wrong or whatever you got a brain do what you think is right :)
Tried being genuine in what I thought was funny in car with four people. They looked at me confused, asked me what I meant, friend threw me under the bus, etc. Felt embarrassed and frustrated now I’m drinking to try and forget, never trying anything like that again.
