hi ginny! i would love to see some of your suggestions for how you keep burnout at bay! i am an autistic incoming phd student and i burnt out heavily finishing up my master’s. autistic burnout is its own beast and i wanna prevent it in the phd if at all possible, but the workload is sooo intense! how do you manage it??
