Anyone of my generation loves Sean Connery because we grew up on Bond films. That was the big yearly event when my dad would take me to whatever the new bond flick was. Then I loved him in his post Bond career and his part in the last Crusade playing against type was just fantastic.

I loved Andy's character in The Mule. When Clint Eastwood asks Andy's drug cartel character, "Who do you have to kill to have a house like this?" And Andy responded, "Oh many, many people...' 😅
At this point, Sean's true passion was golf. As a fellow golf nerd, I get it. Some actors who worked with him had stories where they hated his love for golf that it because it would halt shooting for the day. Sean made it clear, I'm done at this time and I'm not hanging around.

I played golf with him and Chi Chi at Doral down in Florida back in the 80's... He was half drunk but his long game was almost perfect.
