I own a Mercedes c class C300d from 2023, and the same thing happend. But there was no accident. It was a manufacturing defect where the car loosed power randomly. At full throttle, the car barely moves some time. The car was in service for 2 months, but they were able to get us a courtesy car till then. We tried getting a warranty replacement, but we gave them 1 last chance. The issue was there of all 3 years of ownership.

Right side light beam lower than the left is a design default for RHD vehicle and ain't a problem..Maybe a bit more calibration needed, IG.

Bro All cars follow this headlight beam pattern. The right side is kept lower and the left side slightly higher by design to avoid disturbing oncoming drivers while still providing adequate illumination of the road and roadside. This is a standard safety feature, not a defect.

It’s R&D vehicle, Inglo platform is new they may fix the issues based on case to case customer feedback, but initial buyers may suffer if they got the vehicle with manufacturing defects, it’s common in all the brands ,
