Hello Sir, I'm a big fan of you, We met at the counters of ANA if you remember at mumbai while you were going to Japan. I am staff member of ANA. The T2 is mess now it's renovating now & also the staff are facing so much issue working there. The day you land to mumbai the staff who takecare of trolley where on the strike that day that's the reason trolley was not provided to all the passengers. Have always supported you for you stand in certain topics Nikhil bhai but kids shouting and pondering around behind your seat for an 8 hour flight is the worst experience ever. No reasoning can defend that. Either discipline your kids or fly private or fly solo simple. There are all kinds of people on a flight it doesn't matter day flight or night flight. You don't know in what state of mind a person is on a 8 hour flight. So instead of complaining about it do better, discipline your kids teaching them through kindness
